MAISON & OBJET, Paris / about the exhibition...

The Maison et Objet Fair was held in Paris from 20th – 24th January 2012. This fair is well known and reputable in the world and it has been maintaining its high quality and standard even in this complicated economic situation. The best firms in the field meet here every year to present their new products, attract new clients and strengthen their existing business relations.

All the above mentioned facts have encouraged the initiative of the Czech Selection Association to apply for the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic support to prepare and hold this fair. The association was successful in getting the support and the majority of companies in the association across their fields of activity took part in the fair.

The economic and social forecast for this year is not very optimistic and promising, nevertheless, the fair has shown that the situation is not that bad.

The Czech Selection exhibition stand designed by the Olgoj Chorchoj studio attracted the attention from the very beginning of the fair thanks to its simple and clean design.

Some firms had the first opportunity to present themselves in a foreign market which helped them to become more visible internationally or possibly to find a strategic partner for the future. The fair was very successful for the majority of companies, which should facilitate their penetrating the European market but also the global market as many businessmen from all over the world attended the fair.

The above stated can confirm the satisfaction of the participants with the fair and their ambition to go to the fair again. As a matter of fact, the repeated participation can convince business partners about the stability of Czech firms and regular presentation of innovative products and new designs about their health.
